Description
This is by far the best intake manifold money can buy for a GY6 engine. We thought of everything when we designed it. These are 5 axis cnc machined out of 6061 aluminum alloy for the best flow and design. We utilize a synthetic viton o-ring to seal the manifold to the engine. It will never swell up when fuel touches it or dry rot. We utilize a silicon fiber lined intake boot, it will never dry rot ether. All of the hardware and clamps are stainless steel, they will never rust. And finally we use an intake nipple that actually fits the 3/16 vacuum line.
This can be used on any 125cc-232cc GY6 engine utilizing a PWK style carburetor. Super buttery smooth machined port for the perfect flow. 27.5mm intake, bolts up to any performance head perfectly matching the ports on the engine. No big power robbing step down. No sharp edges. There is a reason we built this intake! We needed to eliminate the recurring issues we have seen over the years. IT DOESN’T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS.
