The Details
This harness allows full compatibility between your Honda Metropolitan wiring and your GY6 150–232cc engine. You keep your OEM Honda fuel pump, ignition switch, kill switch logic, controls, and charging system.
This kit includes:
- 18-Pole Stator (GY6)
- Matching Magneto
- Flywheel Puller (for installation)
- Rolling Wrench Performance CDI + Ignition Coil (32k volt, no rev limit)
- Hand Control Adapter Plugs
- Starter Solenoid with Protective Cover
- OEM-to-GY6 Choke Adapter Plug
- Thick-Gauge Starter Wire
No additional parts are required to make your GY6 MetRuck run. Install time is typically **20 minutes**.
Important Things to Note
- You must use the **OEM Honda fuel pump**. A vacuum pump will not work.
- Your original Metropolitan harness must be intact.
- This harness does not relocate your ECU/battery — placement varies per build.
- Works with all stretch kits (wide or skinny).
- No reversed start/kill switch issues like many cheaper harnesses.
If your Ruckus/Metro sits for long periods, using the OEM electronic fuel pump ensures fast starts and prevents fuel bleed-back issues.
