If you’ve upgraded your GY6 engine — big-bore kit, high compression, stroker crank, or any setup that takes more effort to turn over — you need more than just a stronger starter. The Bendix itself has to be able to transfer that torque without slipping or dragging.
This high-performance Bendix is designed specifically to match our High-Torque GY6 Starter Motor. When combined, the two deliver:

• More reliable starts on high-compression engines
