Astoundingly well-made with their own Cliffhanger rim–as good a rim for 40mm to 60mm tires as you’ll find anywehere; and Shimano Deore hubs (hubs are silver or black, depends on availability, please be willing to accept either color), DT butted spokes. Includes QR skewers and rim tape.
